Lost user name and/or passwords
Click on the My Account link (to the left and at the top of the page) to let us know you need a reminder. You’ll be asked to provide your sales tax ID so we can verify it’s really you requesting private information.

How do I get to the forum?
Just click on the Forum Login link at the top of each page -or- on the “converse!” button on the home page. You’ll be asked for your user name and password to gain access. From there, we do all the heavy lifting!

How do I update my information with you?
Click on the My Account link (to the left and at the top of the page) to update your account information.
